As I have with literally tens of thousands of other women, I’m going to show you exactly what you need to know about men, love and relationships.
Many years back, before I wrote my first book, I was inspired to help women because of my own personal interests and studies in psychology and communication. But more importantly… what really pushed me into action was finally recognizing how many great women there are in the world who just want to share deep and lasting love who just need a few of the right nudges and insights about men to make their relationship work.
Over the years I’ve studied and read hundreds books on psychology, evolutionary psychology, neuroscience, human behavior, dating/relationship advice for men and women, love, attraction, courtship, communication, and more. What made all this so fascinating was taking some of the cold “science” and academic research and using that to take a new look at what’s really going on in the real-world and diving deep into what men and women are doing consciously and subconsciously in dating and relationships.
Using the leading research out there, my own fascinating with people and human behavior and years of experience working with and helping women… I finally figured things out for myself and put my work into powerful “tools” on each of the areas you really need to know about and master if you want to live love and a relationship to the fullest.
I believe that anyone can have a relationship, but it takes someone exceptional to create an exceptional and lasting relationship made up of truth, authenticity, honesty and a love that goes deeper than just satisfying the ego in the moment.

Years ago I decided to put all the things I had been observing and researching and had used to help women I met and knew personally into a single no-nonsense guide- giving the very best relationship advice for women. It took me almost a year to write my best-selling book Catch Him & Keep Him, which has since been read by literally hundreds of thousands of women. Every week I get literally hundreds of emails with the most wonderful and fascinating success stories of women who either turned their relationship around or met the man of their dreams with the help of what I taught them.

Hi Janee- I don’t have a print version of my eBook. I should though, because I get lots of emails from women asking about this, and I get that having a hard copy book you can carry with you, put next to the couch, etc. and is a nice way to read.
Many of my readers simply printed out my eBook and then read it away from their computer that way.
I’ll look into it and see what printing options look like- but for now the eBook version of Catch Him & Keep Him is what’s available.

Your website and advice are interesting; but…..it all points to we women doing a dance around men to attract them. When I look in the mirror and see not only my physical being but what I am on the inside and allllllllll that I have to offer, I know that I, me, Carmen, am the prize and men, the right ones, will have to do a dance around ME. I am the desired one and they will have to prove that they deserve me.

The o am thankful for your many a wise “logical” in the worldly sense, you lack the insight of Spirituality. You have compassionm oin your heart. Do not let greed overcome this. Spirituality is not about things you belive in, its ALL about HOW you believe and practice. Add compassion,understanding and and putting others before your self and you will succeed. Yep, they DON’T wanna hear it. However, it IS your job to tell them so. Blessings 2 you I send and may the Spirit of Love continue guiding and teaching you. :-)
Hey Carmen- I love that you’re clear on being a woman who deserves an amazing man who’s a worthy partner, person and lover. As much as it’s important for women who don’t “naturally” know how to connect with and build attraction with a man in their words and actions to start to understand these “how to’s”… the attitude you’re talking about is THE SINGLE BIGGEST turn-on to a man and the most powerful thing there is that drives attraction.
Why? Because it can’t be faked, and it indicates to a man that a woman is “together” and knows she’s special.
What you genuinely believe about yourself, and live in truth with, others will recognize in you and appreciate.
I can tell a woman this, which I do in my eBook. But I can’t make her genuinely believe it until she is ready and accepts it. And that’s up to her :)

I have been divorced for 3 years, and have had a rocky relationship with my boyfriend of 6 months. I did a google search looking for answers as to why men withdraw, and stumbled upon your e-book. While reading it, I was glad to find that I could pretty easily be put into the category of a “Cool” girl, but I think much of that comes from feeling more confident and more attractive now than I did when I was young.
I thought I had a pretty good understanding of what made a man tick, (I’m a big fan of David Deida), but while reading your book, I realized I was unaware of so much. Mainly, the way in which I was communicating with my man, and how and why that was making him, regardless of our intense physical attraction and sexual compatibility, want to spend less and less time with me. I became increasingly aware of how I was actually pushing him away—even though he stated early on that he’d been looking for a woman like me his whole life, and had every intention of staying committed to me. Yet things started to unravel pretty quickly–he began to withdraw, and I was completely confused.
The things I’ve learned and continue to learn from your book, the level of understanding I’ve reached in regards to how men think, and more importantly how they feel and what they need, has helped me, not only to draw my man back, it has made me like him more, forgive him more, love him more honestly and freely. In turn, it has made me a happier and more peaceful woman.
When my daughter grows up, I will pass along to her your teachings. I can’t imagine any woman being threatened by, or not wanting a deeper understanding of her partner. I mean, when women get a puppy, do they not buy books on how to understand and treat them, with the goal being to provide a healthy and happy life? When they buy a car, do they not learn about the kind of fuel it requires? Now I’m not comparing a man to a dog or an automobile, but I think you get my point.
How could we not want to do the same for the men we love, and for ourselves?
I only wish the title were different. It’s not really about “catching” a man, it’s about learning to understand him in a way that will make him crave the woman who DOES understand him.
Your book has changed me, and my relationship, in ways I could never have imagined.
